Individual consultation is helpful to discuss complex cases, review EMDR fundamentals, learn how to apply advanced strategies, or work on something specific.

Effective January 28, 2024, payment will be required to reserve a group or consultation appointment. The cancellation and refund policy is now posted.  

rescheduling and cancellation policy

  • Payment is required at time of booking.  
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to a group reservation will not be refunded or credited for future use.
  • Refunds are available for cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the consultation.  A processing fee of 10% will be applied.  Refunds take 5 to 7 days to be applied back to your account.    
  • Credits can be issued to those who cancel their reservation with at least  24-hour notice.  Credits can be applied to a future service.  Participant must notify Gretchen of the desired date of the make up and she will register the participant.  Credits are good for up to 6 months.
