The autonomic nervous system controls and coordinates each of your body’s automatic responses: digestion, breathing, immune response, circulatory flow and blood pressure. It directly affects your emotions as well. Keeping the nervous system supported and healthy ensures that you can function and remain balanced, in spite of the many external and internal changes that are constantly affecting your body and mind.
In this playshop, we’ll explore the essential oils that support your nervous system and how to use them to gain the most benefits. We’ll look at the physical and emotional symptoms of stress and how essential oils and other practices can support your journey to wholeness.
Presented by Sita Michelle Baker, C-IAYT
$25 in advance; $30 at the door.
SATURDAY NOVEMBER 10
Learn about your energetic system and specific vital pressure points that affect your body and mind. This is a self-healing modality that you can use anywhere anytime. We’ll also explore Marma Therapy and how it can support the various systems of your body.

In today’s world, many people are feeling rushed, overwhelmed and stressed out. Simultaneously, they are constantly hearing about all the things they ‘should’ do to take care of themselves, including meditation and yoga. However, many people do not know where to begin with these practices or how to do them safely and meaningfully. This workshop is designed to introduce the tools that each of us inherently possess to cope with daily life, manage stress, and promote well-being.
Classes incorporate teaching, reflection, and guided mind-body practices. Every aspect of the course is intended to provide participants with the information and direct experience needed in order to learn how to lower stress and bring about greater ease and well-being in every day life.
This class provides information deemed valuable prior to beginning EMDR therapy, including basic preparation steps of Calm Place, state change, and emotional reguation tools.
