The mission of Positively Yoga is to offer classes for those who have lived with trauma, depression, anxiety, chronic stress, or physical pain.
Specialized yoga for mental health in San Diego, including yoga for relief from depression, anxiety, trauma & chronic stress. But it is also right for anyone who wants a compassionate and gentle yoga experience.
Positively Yoga classes are trauma informed, designed with the nervous system in mind, and always emphasize the MindBody benefits of yoga over strength and fitness.
San Diego is a very large county with many remote regions. Positively Yoga is situated at its center, in Mission Valley. It is located near where the 8, 805, & 15 freeways intersect.

A NOTE ABOUT THIS LOCATION: The office is located on the 2nd floor. Unfortunately, there is no elevator access. Please let me know if this is a barrier for you so that I can make accommodations as needed.
