High School students have numerous pressures they face, especially as they approach the end of a school year and final exams. This 4 class series, led by an experienced, dynamic and balanced yoga teacher, will help your teen take a break from the pressure.
For Students ages 14-18; Class is open to boys and girls.
Mondays from 6-6:50 PM
This guided yoga practice will offer students a chance to discover the comfort and joy that comes from movement. The class closes with guided relaxation to restore and renew the mind and body.
Students are encouraged to bring their own mat, but if they don’t have one, just let us know and we can provide one. Registration and a signed waiver are required to attend the class. Classes must be pre-purchased in a 4 class pack. If a student misses a class, no make ups can be offered at this time.
Instructor: Hannah Rae Block, E-RYT200 is an experienced yoga instructor and practitioner. In 2012, Hannah began to immerse herself in yoga as a tool to heal from personal trauma. Moved by the diversity and depth of studies that yoga offered, she enrolled in a teacher training program at Happy U Namaste here in San Diego. Later, she continued her studies at Soul of Yoga, recently completing a 300 Hr Yoga training program.
Hannah teaches in numerous studios across San Diego. Due to her interest in working with adolescents and teens, Gretchen knew she was the perfect instructor for Teen Yoga and Tween Yoga (Coming Soon).
