RESET is an integrated guided yoga experience that includes mindful movement, breath work, guided relaxation, meditation and a lesson on the mind body connection. This weekly class builds off of the Mind Body Workshop series and is designed for those who completed the course.

Newcomers are welcome, though some yoga experience is recommended, and registration prior to class is preferred by the instructor.
